Earlier this year, Alchemy also appointed John Doughty as SVP Global Partnerships, making this the second leadership addition of 2025 as the company continues to strengthen its executive team to support its global expansion.

Fraser will play a crucial role in scaling and accelerating Alchemy’s trajectory, building on the company’s recent milestone of successfully refurbishing over 10 million devices. Fraser joins Alchemy with 25 years of experience in scaling businesses and executive leadership across a range of sectors. His track record includes successfully executing company-wide transformations in complex, multi-dimensional environments. Fraser previously held executive positions at METRO AG, eSecuritel / Brightstar , and spent over a decade with Bain, Boston Consulting Group, and Alvarez & Marsal .
