SYSPRO USA further strengthened its commitment to the channel and the customer experience with the appointment of several senior executives, including a new CEO.
Scott Hebert was named CEO of SYSPRO USA, bringing three decades of experience leading teams by focusing on the customer’s ultimate success. He has deep experience in software and technology, building his career in companies such as IBM, Salesforce.com, and Box.com.
Brian Goodman was named Chief Customer Officer, responsible for the consistent delivery of an exceptional SYSPRO customer experience at every touchpoint along the customer journey. He has more than two decades of experience in the software, manufacturing, and services industries, which gives him a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
Nucleus Research named SYSPRO a “leader” for the sixth year in a row in its 2021 Nucleus Research ERP Technology Value Matrix. SYSPRO’s strong market position has enabled the company to continually win new customers.

SYSPRO USA moved into its new 21,000-square-foot U.S headquarters at FLIGHT in Tustin, California.
