New integration between ECI Software Solutions JobBOSS2 and uniPoint provides a complete quality management solution for job shops.

The new solution, called JobBOSS2 Advanced Quality, now offers a complete ISO compliance solution bridging a multitude of quality standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, AS9100 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 & Part 820 Compliance. The solution has 23 quality management modules, over 100 quality reports, 800 quality metrics, 80 trend analysis graphs and a built-in quality workflow system (To-Do List) to ensure that no quality task falls through the cracks.
JobBOSS 2 Advanced Quality also allows job shop manufacturers to go paperless, and reports can be exported through Microsoft Office, email or PDF. The integration with critical JobBOSS2 ERP data eliminates redundant data entry and provides businesses with a historical audit trail. In addition, it features optical character recognition (OCR), dimensional inspection bubble drawing capabilities, and the ability to track the total administrative cost of quality at every stage.
