An award-winning UK business communications specialist is aiming to hit more company goals in a double celebration.
Poole-based Green IP, formed two years ago with a revolutionary sustainability strategy, has become an Executive Regional Partner of AFC Bournemouth for the coming season.
The internet-based comms and telephony company will benefit from pitch side and ground advertising as well as corporate match day sponsorship.
Green IP Business Development Executive, Matthew Brown, says the deal represents an exciting new chapter for the fast-growing company which has now developed an international presence including the US.
“This opportunity allows Green IP to reach new heights, connecting our brand with the passionate fan base of AFC Bournemouth. You will see our brand featured on digital boards around the stadium, offering us visibility and engagement with both fans attending the games and those watching from home around the world.
“Look out for our logo on the digital pitch side advertising boards surrounding the pitch. This prime location ensures that our logo will be seen by thousands of fans at every home game. Green IP will also be featured on the numerous TV screens throughout the concourses and hospitality areas so when fans are grabbing a bite to eat, Green IP will be present! We’re also a designated match day ball sponsor for one game.”
He added: “For those watching games from the comfort of their homes, there’s a chance they might catch a glimpse of our adverts during the televised matches. This is an incredible way for us to reach an even wider audience and demonstrate our support for the club.”
Brown says Green IP rebranded and re-launched from TXI Communications a couple of years ago. He emphasised how the company is different to many other providers, building an environmental ethos from the ‘ground up’, including a fleet of electric vehicles. It also wants to simplify the communications landscape and cut through technological jargon.
“Green IP is growing rapidly working with bigger and bigger clients at home and abroad. We’ve expanded our staff and have a new Sales Director role. For example, we are working with companies in the US and also a prestigious private members club in London. The sponsorship deal will help pour more fuel on the fire,” he highlighted. “Supporting our local club and wider community and raising our awareness too is a win-win scenario.”
Rob Mitchell, Commercial Director of AFC Bournemouth, shared his delight at the new deal: “It’s great to have another local company supporting our regional partner programme and we look forward to a long association with Green IP.”
In a further boost Green IP was recently recognised for its environmental efforts by securing the Sustainability Partner of the Year award from global collaboration service partner Evolve IP.
“The company’s vision extends far beyond mere business operations; it is on a mission to be a net carbon business and a pioneer in sustainable cloud communications,” explained Paul Harrison, Evolve IP’s MD across EMEA. “High impact solutions not only help businesses become more eco-friendly but also enhance collaboration and productivity, enabling a ‘Work Anywhere’ approach.”
Green IP is dedicated to sustainability and innovation in green technology. Substantial investments in electric vehicle technology and commitment to operating an office powered entirely by renewable energy reflect their mission to reduce environmental impact. Green IP’s solutions empower customers to work from any location, significantly cutting down on daily commuting and consequently, reducing carbon emissions. Additionally, the headsets and handsets they recommend are crafted from sustainable, recyclable materials, including packaging, to further reflect their eco-friendly ethos.
Brown concluded: “Working with Green IP means supporting eco-friendly practices and making a positive impact on the planet. Solutions are designed to help businesses become more sustainable while reducing costs and enhancing collaboration.
“Customers are very keen to embrace our green vision. It’s becoming more prevalent as climate change is something that no one can ignore now. We all have to play a part. The future is undoubtedly green, and businesses increasingly seek sustainability as a key criterion for partnership. Green IP embodies the ethos of a greener and more prosperous future, setting a precedent for the industry. We can spread the word further around the world with the football club sponsorship. Come on you Cherries!”
