With over two decades of expertise in the industry, Dunn brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to his new role.

As Managing Director of Development, Dunn will spearhead all facets of the development process, from entitlements and planning to budgeting, leasing, and customer engagement. He will play a pivotal role in expanding BBX Logistics Properties’ logistics business by ensuring top-notch project execution and overall delivery. Additionally, Dunn will be instrumental in establishing and implementing efficient processes to ensure quality control and accountability across the organization.
Prior to joining BBX Logistics Properties, Dunn served as Senior Vice President at Hilco Redevelopment Partners, where he oversaw the development of complex industrial projects totaling more than $2 billion. His extensive experience also includes roles as Vice President, Development at Hillwood Investment Properties and Senior Director, Development at Tradepoint Atlantic. At Tradepoint Atlantic, Dunn managed over 7 million square feet of complex, new development on a large brownfield site and played a key role in transactions and delivery exceeding $3 billion. Noteworthy among his achievements are his successful tenant transactions with industry giants such as Amazon, Home Depot, and Under Armour.
As an honors graduate of Stevenson University, Dunn is a LEED Accredited Professional committed to sustainable development practices.
