Kafrit Group has launched local production of advanced conductive solutions based on NemoBLEND™ masterbatches at DELTA KUNSTSTOFFE GER in Germany. Acquired by Kafrit Group in late 2022, DELTA KUNSTSTOFFE GER specializes in conductive compounds. It has integrated Nemo’s unique conductive additives into its portfolio, providing European manufacturers with cutting-edge, locally produced materials.
Nemo’s additives enable features not typically available in traditional conductive solutions, such as color options beyond black, making them highly versatile. Their efficiency at low loading levels frees up space in formulations for additional properties like flame retardancy—a significant advantage for industries requiring multi-functional materials.
Nemo’s advanced dispersion methods ensure an even distribution of carbon nanoparticles, preventing agglomeration and maximizing conductivity. This results in compounds combining excellent electrical performance with design flexibility, ideal for ESD, permanent anti-static components, and EMI shielding, in automotive, packaging, and industrial applications.
Nemo’s proprietary technology and patent-pending formulations utilize TUBALL™ – graphene nanotubes made by OCSiAl. OCSiAl products are manufactured at the company’s new facility in Serbia.
