Shonna Sites is named President of PCI, making her the organization’s first female President.
HANOVER, PA – Precision Cut Industries (PCI), one of the top contract metal manufacturers in the country, headquartered in Adams County, has named its new President. Shonna Sites, an experienced leader in the manufacturing industry, is making history as the organization’s first female President.
Sites will oversee all aspects of operations for the $50 million company, focusing on delivering world-class service by driving efficiencies and technology advancements, enhancing product quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and value engineering for its customers. She brings over 20 years’ experience in senior management leadership in the manufacturing and construction industries.
“I am deeply honored to take on the role of President at Precision Cut Industries. I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved together as a team, and I am excited to lead PCI into its next chapter of growth and success,” says Sites.
Having joined PCI in 2012 as Director of Human Resources, Sites has quickly and consistently increased her leadership role, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer. In January of 2024, Sites officially stepped into her new role as President, taking the helm of the 150-person company. She is the first female to wear this title for PCI, making it an officially woman-led company. And for the manufacturing industry as a whole, she is adding to the growing number of females who are rising to leadership positions across the nation.
“Shonna is an incredible leader committed to serving our customers and developing our employees. Her contributions have directly impacted the trajectory of success for PCI, helping us to become one of the top fabricators in America. I’m excited to see the continued growth and impact of the organization under her leadership,” adds Brian Greenplate, CEO of PCI.
