Wisetail’s newly expanded Multi-Language management solution enables a more inclusive learning experience.

/Industry Today/ Wisetail, an Intertek company, Montana-based learning technology company, announced today that its newly expanded Multi-Language management solution was awarded Silver in the Best Advancement in Learning Management Technology category of the Brandon Hall Group 2022 Awards. Wisetail’s Multi-Language management solution, which was released at the end of 2022, is an add-on product to the company’s learning management system, furthering the company’s collection of operational, learning-technology solutions.

The Multi-Language management solution enables leadership to create an inclusive e-learning environment and support globally scaling operations, by creating alignment between learners and organizational values. The award-winning, admin-centric solution makes it easy and more efficient for LMS administrators to organize, share management responsibilities for each language, and edit large volumes of translated multilingual content. Further, it supports community-building initiatives by eliminating communication barriers with learner-to-learner dynamic translation capabilities.

“In a world of opportunity, language shouldn’t limit reach. Our product development focus is always foundationally supported by the value of building a learning community. Based on the feedback of globally scaling brands we saw a need to deliver more content to more learners. We see Multi-Language as a critical tool to ensure learning is accessible for communication, collaboration, consistency, compliance, and equal opportunities.” – Ali Knapp, Wisetail President

Administrators using the Multi-Language management solution can improve training content and overall team performance through a centralized system – worldwide. Through shared language management roles and editor features, administrators can create and manage translated learning content simultaneously – putting translated content into learners’ preferred language faster. In addition, with the expanded bulk management capabilities throughout the LMS, admins can easily and efficiently manage translated content for text heavy learning measurement tools, such as tests, observation lists, question banks and flashcards. For diverse teams, language barriers are eliminated with dynamic translation features that enable learners to post and view comments in their preferred language, strengthening communications and organizational community across every location, at a global scale.
