Evolve IP is on a new mission to reshape the world of work.

Global cloud collaboration specialist, Evolve IP, has developed a new mission statement to ‘make the future of work better for everyone’ – reflecting its aim of supporting organisations to harness the power of the latest cloud-based communications and collaboration technologies.

The mission statement comprises: ‘Our work anywhere philosophy differentiates our partner channel by breaking down barriers in a challenging communications market by providing industry leading solutions from global technology vendors. This enables our reselling partners to deliver unified, customer focused solutions across the globe backed by a carbon neutral programme.’

Core values

Evolve IP’s EMEA Managing Director, Paul Harrison, emphasised: “Workplace technology continues to accelerate at a rapid rate so we’ve decided to develop a new mission statement which creates more cohesion, relevance and focus around our business ethos and core values.”

Evolve IP works with many of the world’s biggest tech companies to provide highly scalable white label solutions. It boasts an international carrier-grade platform and specialises in securely integrating unified communications, collaboration tools, voice and omnichannel contact centre solutions into the cloud. The company’s EMEA Group headquarters are based in Cardiff.

Harrison continued: “Anyone can make a phone ring but for us it’s about adding compelling layers of technology on top to ensure our partners maintain a competitive advantage to deliver a powerful market punch.”

According to research analysts Gartner, global UCaaS spending will grow to reach $50.4 billion in 2025 – as Harrison highlighted: “The future is bright for UCaaS and in many ways we are all only at the start of the journey. As an industry we have to keep changing and adapting. The biggest opportunity is ahead of us.”

Partnership approach

Earlier this year the company hosted a successful partner day at the Tower of London, demonstrating its commitment to a true channel-based partnership approach.

“It’s important to expand our ecosystem and continue to globalize – bringing best-of-breed solutions together,” Harrison concluded: “We need to stay relevant, dynamic and hungry for success, to continue to reshape the world of work in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.”

Evolve IP has a 15-year trading pedigree, with over 300 staff globally and all of its EMEA offices now fully carbon neutral.
