Leading global collaboration provider, Evolve IP, has welcomed Sam Harper to its expanding EMEA team, to provide enhanced levels of support.

As a Partner Account Executive, Sam’s role is to support and grow the company’s base of existing partners by providing strategic solutions and commercial guidance to both resellers and their own customers.

The 34-year-old is working alongside Partner Account Managers, Solution Consultants, Support Engineers, Marketing, and other Evolve IP teams to resolve queries and provide the highest levels of customer support. His objective is to ensure the Evolve IP product set is the preferred voice, contact centre and collaboration technology solution of choice.

Evolve IP has a Cardiff UK HQ and boasts an international carrier-grade platform. It specialises in securely integrating unified communications, collaboration tools, voice and omnichannel contact centre solutions into the cloud.

Sam from Northampton, explained: “The team has been tremendous in helping me settle in. They are knowledgeable, friendly and very supportive.
