Hosted Telephony and Unified Communications provider, Green IP, is fuelling more success after securing a major automotive industry deal.
The Poole-based company has aligned with global automotive technology provider, Keyloop, to become its approved partner and ‘driving force’ behind the delivery of integrated Voice as a Service (VaaS) and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) technologies, across its international customer base.
Established with a distinctive focus on sustainability and carbon neutral ethos, Green IP has strengthened its operations with 11 members of staff switching from Keyloop, boosting valuable automotive industry experience and complementing existing skillsets.
This strategic partnership represents a significant step forward as part of an ongoing development journey based on natural synergy and growth potential for both parties – enhancing services for existing customers and building the customer base through value added integrated solutions.
That’s the view of Kane Hardy, Green IP General Manager, who explained: “Keyloop is a dedicated automotive technology provider, offering Fusion, it’s Automotive Retail Platform to vehicle manufacturers, retailers, financiers and fleet suppliers. We are excited to announce our appointment to an Approved Keyloop Partner status having acquired its Voice Connect services proposition, to provide the latest hosted voice communication and business collaboration tools, enabling reliable customer communication and hand-off.”
Kane added: “Green IP will now be an international provider of VaaS integrated solutions for the automotive sector, uniquely integrating our telephony and collaboration technologies with Keyloop’s Automotive Retail Platform.”
Keyloop operates from a UK headquarters in Reading and is a leading provider of automotive retail solutions, with more than 40 years of industry expertise, and over 14 billion digital interactions captured to date.
Kane continued: “Becoming the partner for the delivery of hosted telephony and UCaaS across Keyloop’s customer base is consistent with our ambitious development strategy and accelerates our vertical sector business expertise, that already features the hospitality, pharmaceutical and construction industries.”
He is hailing the agreement an exciting chapter for the expanding company which has developed an international presence including Continental Europe and across the Americas.
“We are a continuity technology partner, building through innovations such as AI enabled enhanced services, where technology is playing an increasingly frontline role in business efficiencies and growth across the automotive sector and beyond. We are proud to be the driving force behind further success for Keyloop and their thousands of customers around the world.”
His enthusiasm is shared by Adam Bastin, EVP, Strategy & Corporate Development for Keyloop, who highlighted: “Keyloop is dedicated to pioneering cutting-edge technology solutions for the automotive industry, tailored to empower vehicle retailers and manufacturers in achieving their objectives. Partnering with Green IP represents an opportunity for Keyloop to focus on Fusion, Keyloop’s dynamic automotive retail platform, connecting every phase of the lifecycle from sales to aftersales while Green IP works with our customers to deliver increased value through integrated VaaS solutions.”
