Brand building continues amid firm’s growth.
Chicago, IL – Vantage Leadership Consulting, the expert in identifying and developing world-class leaders, is pleased to announce the firm has hired Alison Greene as its Marketing and Communications Manager.
“As the newly appointed marketing manager at Vantage, I am looking forward to sharing the firm’s impressive story and championing their unique offering,” said Greene. “Vantage’s devotion to building world-class leadership teams, the meaningful impact they provide their clients and their deep history and expertise, makes this an incredibly exciting opportunity.”
In this new role, Greene spearheads all of Vantage’s marketing programs. This includes both internal communications with employees and external communications with media and other key groups, as well as overseeing and managing the firm’s branding efforts. Greene works directly with Vantage’s partnership group and senior leaders.
“We are honored to have Alison as part of our company,” said Keith Goudy, managing partner of Vantage. “She has the perfect mixture of experience to direct how our firm communicates with the diverse groups with which we engage.”
Greene brings half of a dozen years of experience to her role as marketing and communications manager for Vantage. Prior to joining the firm, she was in charge of the marketing efforts of Ireland’s first zero-emissions whiskey distillery. In this position, she conceptualized and managed all branding, marketing, digital, communication and media strategies. Before that, Greene was the marketing lead for a variety of cultural organizations, including the world-renowned Druid Theater Company in Ireland, where she managed all marketing, communications, and branding related to the national and international touring productions. Greene also liaised with a public relations agency on press strategies that worked to uphold the company’s public profile.
Greene earned her bachelor’s degree in Drama, Theater, Performance, and English literature from the National University of Ireland in Galway in 2017. She received her master’s degree in Arts Management and Cultural Policy from the University College Dublin in 2018.
Vantage has experienced significant growth and recognition in the last year. In November, the firm hired Susan Ko, Ph.D. as its newest partner. She joined Eileen Linnabery, Ph.D., who also became a partner in October. Vantage was honored to send four speakers and to have a booth at the 2024 annual Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) conference in Chicago, IL.
