San Jose, CA – Work Health Solutions, providers of concierge-style occupational medicine for large-scale employers nationwide, announces expansion of its senior leadership team with the creation of a new C-Suite role: Chief Revenue Officer. Additionally, the company is adding to its executive team with a number of strategic new hires: Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Sales and Director of Human Resources.

“Our unique philosophy and proactive approach to employee health and wellness is catching on, and we needed to add to our executive leadership team to accommodate the rapid growth we are experiencing. We are fortunate that such amazing, experienced and talented people are joining us, and we have every confidence that they will help us to continue transform the occupational health industry,” said Dr. Letitia Heshmat, Founder and President of Work Health Solutions.

Chief Revenue Officer, Scott Strickland
The newly created Chief Revenue Officer position has been filled by Scott Strickland, a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience as director and executive officer of well-regarded health care companies including on-site and near-site occupational and primary care for large employers. Prior to joining Work Health Solutions, Strickland held several high-profile positions, most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer of CareATC, a leading innovator in employer-sponsored health care. He also served as COO for OptimusCorp, a health care technology business in the physical therapy sector, and as Senior vice President of Therapy Services for U.S. HealthWorks.

Vice President of Operations, Jim Alexander
Jim Alexander has been brought on to oversee the company’s state corrections and governmental contracts with the goal of implementing specialized occupational health care programs designed to reduce workers’ comp costs and downtime while improving overall workforce health. Alexander began his career with the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) in 1994 as a Case Manager, and rose through the ranks to eventually become Deputy Warden where he was responsible for the daily operations of two maximum and minimum-security prisons with a $40 million operational budget, nearly 300 personnel and 1,200 prisoners, along with maintaining and implementing Disaster Management protocols. He also served as the Occupational Safety and Health Chairman for a regional health facility with a full-scale inpatient prisoner health unit that included a comprehensive outpatient mental health program.

Vice President of Sales, Julie Jordan
With more than 15 years as a successful sales professional in the field of Occupational Health Sales & Account Management, Jordan has maintained and launched a variety of services and products that regularly exceeded budget and profitability standards, while achieving exceptional client outcomes. At her most recent position as Vice President of Sales for Pivot-Onsite Innovations, a national occupational medical company that provides onsite medical services and programs, Jordan worked with her sales team to provide employers onsite occupational health solutions throughout the United States.

Director of Human Relations, Tisha Storey
Since 2006, Storey has handled in-house and consultancy-based HR operations, systems, and programs for various large-scale employers.
