April 12, 2024 Custom Metal Paneling Enhances NFL Training Center

Sightline Commercial Solutions custom-engineered decorative metal paneling and railing for interior spaces within the Miller Electric Center.

Location: Jacksonville, FL
Architect: Rossetti Architects
General Contractor: Haskell Construction
Completion Date: Spring 2023

Scope: In July 2023, the Miller Electric Center opened its doors as the new, state-of-the-art football operations and training facility for the Jacksonville Jaguars. The $120 million, 125,000-square-foot complex includes locker rooms, training and medical facilities, office space and a draft room, along with two full-size grass practice fields, one indoor field, shaded public viewing stands, concession areas and a team store. Sightline Commercial Solutions custom-engineered decorative metal paneling and architectural railing for several interior spaces. Perforated aluminum sheet panels are installed in team meeting rooms and over the kitchen/dining areas, lending a modern, streamlined aesthetic. Mesh panels paired with guardrail and glass railing are featured on staircases and overlooks throughout the building, adding visual character while providing safety for players and personnel traversing the facility. Additionally, Sightline custom fabricated a vertical, transparent screen made of fabric strips that covers the staircase near one of the building’s entrances and serves as another artistic element of Rossetti Architects’ design vision.
