Doubman brings more than 30 years of experience in the industrial, chemicals, and building products industries.

ANDOVER, Mass. – ICP Group (ICP), a leading North American manufacturer of specialty coatings, adhesives, sealants, and chemicals, has named Jay Doubman as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity, Jay will lead a team of over 1,000 employees and will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth and enhancing profitability for the company.

With deep experience in the building products industry, Doubman rejoins ICP Group after previously serving as President of ICP’s Building Solutions Group as recently as 2021. Immediately prior to his appointment as CEO, Doubman served as Chief Operating Officer of Ecore International, a leading manufacturer of recycled-rubber indoor and outdoor surfaces.

Doubman earned his Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University.
