Configura Extension Technology (CET) software expands customer’s capabilities to include Allseating’s product portfolio in space planning.

Toronto, ON — Allseating announces the launch of its Configura Extension Technology (CET) catalogue, offering customers an advanced tool for space planning and configuration. This extension streamlines crucial steps in the design, specification, and visualization of furniture and interiors, fostering better communication between dealers, customers, and specifiers.

“We are excited to introduce this efficiency-driven tool to our customers and partners,” says Stephanie Smith, Director of Marketing at Allseating. “We strive to support our customers anytime, anyplace, and anywhere, and, now adding to our existing specification tools, the CET Commercial Interiors extension gives our customers the flexibility and confidence to select products with ease and precision, empowering them to create functional and inspiring spaces that include Allseating’s product portfolio.”

The features of CET Commercial Interiors include the ability to plan in both 2D and 3D environments simultaneously, extensive tools for creating floor plans such as drawing walls, placing doors, windows, and ceilings, and adding dimension to floor plans. Users can easily import and export CAD drawings, create PDF files directly in the software, and provide clients with choices between several solutions within the same drawing. Additionally, an extensive library of accessories is available, along with tools for creating photorealistic renderings and grouping products in layouts for pricing and discounting purposes. The software ensures accurate designs, pricing, and order data through rule-based behavior and instant updates to pricing and bill of materials.

Once the software is installed, users can download the “Allseating” extension from Configura’s Marketplace. Prioritizing customer needs, the program swiftly adapts to product capabilities and limitations, preventing errors and enabling quick edits and adjustments.

Allseating’s introduction of the CET Commercial Interiors extension expands the firm’s online specification tools offerings, such as the SpecAll chair builder, and furthers their commitment to superior customer service and innovative versatility and captivating beauty.
