Operating at speeds from 40,000 to 65,000 RPM, the 722MX’s double turbine maintains high speed under load because its patented governor increases airflow volume to match the cutting load. This means speed stays consistent when the tool engages. The 722MX delivers the high surface feet-per-minute feed rates needed to optimize small tool performance and extend tool life, while accelerating production and reducing material cycle times.

Because only a connection to dry clean 90 psi air is required, this new motor technology eliminates lubrication, wiring and complex control systems, and is simple and quick in automated environments. The 722MX is completely sealed with hose exhausts for wet or dry operating conditions and contaminated environments commonly found in production settings. Its rigid steel housing and compact 22 mm by 90 mm mountable dimensions allow it to be integrated easily into fixtures, machine tools and automated systems providing dependable high-speed performance.
