Webinar: Journey to Net Zero

Achieving your sustainability goals: Tune in to new Tork webinar.

A Journey to Net Zero: Insights From a Global Leader in Manufacturing and Innovations is hosted by Jill Trider, Customer Marketing Manager, Sustainability at Essity. A maker of health and medical, consumer goods and professional hygiene products, Essity sustainability priorities encompass  improving people’s well-being both with its products and its business practices. Equally important is reducing the company’s environmental impact—Essity is committed to achieve net zero emissions by 2050.

A key example of how well the company is progressing towards achieving these commitments is Essity’s Tork® brand product line of soap and towel dispensers and hygienic service solutions. It is the first hygiene brand to reduce and offset carbon for its entire product life cycle of selected soap, toilet paper, and hand towel dispensers. Paper products are made from 99% bio based fibers that are plant based and sustainably based, while still maintaining high performance for absorption and durability. In North America, the majority of its towel products are certified compostable.

Its small changes such as these in a hygiene product that add up to a big impact. Watch this informative webinar discussing how the global leader in professional hygiene is achieving its sustainability goals.
