June 9, 2023 CRN Honors Zerto’s Pamela Sharma and Christina Rauscher

Zerto announced that CRN® has named Pamela Sharma and Christina Rauscher to the Women of the Channel list for 2023.

Zerto, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, announced that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Pamela Sharma, senior manager, partner marketing, and Christina Rauscher, global alliances director, to the Women of the Channel list for 2023. Every year, CRN recognizes women from vendor, distributor, and solution provider organizations whose expertise and vision are leaving a noticeable and commendable mark on the technology industry.

The CRN 2023 Women of the Channel honorees bring their creativity, strategic thinking and leadership to bear in a variety of roles and responsibilities, but all are turning their unique talents toward driving success for their partners and customers. With this recognition, CRN honors these women for their unwavering dedication and commitment to furthering channel excellence.

Senior Manager of Partner Marketing Pamela Sharma is a five-year veteran of Zerto, leading the development of worldwide partner programs and bringing in qualified sales leads through the Zerto Alliance Partner (ZAP) program. It is her third year in-a-row being recognized as one of CRN’s Women of the Channel. While at Zerto, she has been pivotal in its recent engagement with HPE partners through her efforts creating turnkey, go-to-market campaigns focusing on ransomware recovery and securing platinum level sponsorships. Thanks to her leadership, Zerto’s channel partners are now integrating disaster recovery across healthcare, finance, government, and manufacturing, while educating new partners with sales kickoff events, resulting in securing platinum level sponsorships.

Global Alliances Director Christina Rauscher has worked in the channel for more than 10 years with prior experience as senior channel manager at Bright House Networks, partner manager at Comcast Business and as senior CSP partner account manager at Citrix, specializing in the cloud. Now at Zerto, she works with top public cloud companies and some of the largest global service integrators. She is known for her keen understanding of growing and sustaining business in a highly competitive, rapidly-changing marketplace. In the past year alone, Rauscher has grown the public cloud relationship by 400% through sourced opportunities and oversaw a team embedding Zerto offerings into two GSIs in less than six months, achieving YTD 206% inclusive of public cloud and GSI, including a strategy recognized in the top 70 ISVs in public clouds.

“We are ecstatic to announce this year’s honorees and shine a light on these women for their significant achievements, knowing that what they’ve accomplished has paved the way for continued success within the IT channel,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “The channel is stronger because of them, and we look forward to seeing what they do next.”

“It’s such an honor to be named to CRN’s Women of the Channel list three years in a row,” said Sharma. “Our collective success as a team at Zerto is attributed to both the organization and our ability to prioritize efforts that provide the largest ROI while also focusing on progress over perfection, positivity, and motivation for our team as a whole.”

“My team is the reason we have achieved this success at Zerto,” said Rauscher. “I’m very grateful for their support, as I love working with folks I can learn from and who help me grow. The positive attitudes of our team, in addition to their unwavering commitment to our goals, allow us to learn from both failure and opportunity. They deserve this honor as well and I plan to share it with all of them.”

The 2023 Women of the Channel list will be featured in the June issue of CRN Magazine, with online coverage starting May 8 at www.CRN.com/WOTC.
