(Arch Fab) has been recognized as a finalist in the 2024 Manufacturing Leadership Awards. Arch Fab has established itself as a leader in fabricating commercial shading products, including sunshades, canopies, and awnings. This finalist status recognizes Arch Fab’s outstanding achievements in the Collaborative Ecosystem category. Their multi-faceted project employed cutting-edge technologies deployed on one unified cloud platform, leading to a 233% to 316% return on investment (ROI) in different areas of the company.
To scale for growth, Arch Fab needed to facilitate seamless handoffs from inception to completion, and from sales through operations. However, disjointed, legacy systems were leading to inefficiencies, project delays, and a high turnover rate among overwhelmed staff and project managers.
After implementing an interconnected ecosystem of collaborative solutions, Arch Fab then had the infrastructure to support a staggering 750% growth rate, fueled by winning large national accounts and project managers who are now able to handle an average 300% increase in their project capacity. The project has resulted in major process improvements in billing, installation scheduling, and budgeting—driving significant ROI and greater employee satisfaction. The company reduced its attrition rate by 50% in 2023.
