Custom Glass Solutions, LLC, a leading glass manufacturer focused on transportation applications, has named Matthew J. Dietrich as CEO.

WORTHINGTON, OH – Custom Glass Solutions, LLC (“CGS”), a leading glass manufacturer focused on transportation applications, has named Matthew J. Dietrich (Matt) Chief Executive Officer, effective May 8, 2023. Mr. Dietrich has more than 35 years of professional experience successfully scaling, optimizing, and guiding industrial-engineered products businesses in various functional, executive and board leadership roles. CGS is a portfolio company of Stellex Capital Management.

An Engineer by background, Mr. Dietrich spent the first half of his career at several large public corporations including Ingersoll-Rand, Timken, and Carlisle Companies in a variety of key functional and executive leadership roles. He has successfully led industrial businesses in the public, private, foreign, and private equity-owned arenas, with P&L sizes ranging from $50 million to almost $1 billion in revenue. Most recently, Mr. Dietrich was CEO of Alco Manufacturing Corporation, one of the largest contract precision machining companies in North America.

Fabricating windshields in Ohio since 1974, CGS has been focused on growth since being acquired by Stellex in October of 2018. Since then, CGS has expanded its footprint in Ohio, acquired NASG Holdings Inc., acquired Cameron Glass, Inc. and is actively focused on organic growth and business optimization.
