TRIGO Group announces a partnership with ACC Group, developer of automotive modules, reinforcing leadership in quality control of batteries.

TRIGO Group, world leader in inspection, consulting and quality engineering services for the transport industry, announces its partnership with the ACC Group, European developer of automotive modules. This partnership consolidates TRIGO’s leadership in the quality management of electric batteries, an area of innovation that is one of the Group’s strategic priorities.

As a supplier of electric battery modules for the next generation of automobiles, ACC Group has chosen TRIGO as its partner to guarantee high-quality products for its customers. Joint venture between SAFT, Stellantis and Mercedes-Benz, ACC brings together cutting-edge expertise and skills to develop the automotive industry of the future.

TRIGO has recognized expertise in inspection and quality consulting for all components in the vehicle electrical and electronic chain. The group is pursuing its development in electric battery management, initiated notably in Asia with two dedicated battery clinics in China and Thailand.

As part of this partnership, TRIGO will support ACC in optimizing the quality of its production processes and securing the quality of incoming components. In particular, TRIGO teams will carry out quality control and rework operations on battery modules assembled by ACC.

The global specialist in industrial quality already works at the ACC plant in Nersac (Nouvelle-Aquitaine), and will also provide its expertise at France’s first electric battery plant, recently inaugurated in Billy-Berclau (Hauts-de-France). By 2025, this expertise will also extend to the Kaiserslautern plant in Germany.
