Chicago, IL – Ultra Consultants, an enterprise software selection and implementation consultancy, announced the appointment of Tony Abel as its new Managing Director of Delivery Growth & Quality, effective immediately. Abel will report directly to Dylan Howard, Ultra Consultants President.

As Director of Delivery Growth & Quality, Abel will be responsible for ensuring successful planning and execution to help grow the organization with the highest level of quality. He will provide leadership and guidance to the Delivery department, overseeing optimization of scheduling, capacity planning and project implementation.
Abel brings a wealth of experience to the role. He has spent his career working to improve operational processes, building new service offerings and improving customer experience at companies including Protiviti, a global business consulting firm, and Accenture, a leading global professional services company.
