MINNEAPOLIS – BTM Global, a premier provider of system implementation and integration services for Oracle Retail and Oracle NetSuite, announced that ArMand Nelson, director of strategy, is retiring effective January 31, 2023.
Nelson has served in his current role since 2017 and has successfully led BTM Global’s strategic growth initiatives and special projects. His deep knowledge of the retail sector and technology made him a valuable counselor for BTM clients seeking new levels of digital transformation, service and efficiency.
“My time at BTM Global has been an exclamation point on the end of my career,” said Nelson. “Working with the team to build out and expand BTM’s practice areas, as well as strengthen our Oracle Retail and NetSuite alliances, have been extremely rewarding. I’m grateful to everyone for their teamwork and dedication to our clients.”

Prior to joining BTM Global, Nelson served as president of the Oracle Retail Users Group for more than a decade, leading and facilitating the communications of Oracle Retail software issues and enhancements among its 700 members. He also served as mayor of Champlin, Minnesota, and as IS director – applications and service delivery for Gander Mountain (now Gander RV).
