Leading UK foam manufacturer has acquired German airline and rail specialist.

Metzo, part of The Vita Group, a supplier into the aviation and rail industry, is thrilled to announce the successful acquisition of Paustian Airtex, a leading aviation business that covers  all leather and textile products in the aviation industry, including seat covers, pockets, curtains, flooring or panels.

This strategic move at the beginning of 2024 reflects The Vita Group’s commitment to fortifying partnerships and expanding its capabilities.

Metzo, The Vita Group’s aviation and rail business, has consistently maintained a reputation for delivering high-quality and reliable solutions.
