WEST BEND, Wis. — Wolter Inc., a material handling and industrial productivity solutions provider, has acquired Flatley Dock Systems, a well-established provider of loading dock equipment, high-speed doors, commercial overhead doors and related services. The transaction closed Sept. 1.
Flatley Dock Systems has built a strong reputation for outstanding customer service, quality products and responsive field support. Based in West Bend, Wisconsin, Flatley serves customers across the Milwaukee metro area and Chicagoland with sales, service and support for dock levelers, vehicle restraints, dock seals and shelters, lifts, safety products, commercial doors, aftermarket parts and maintenance programs.
This acquisition strengthens Wolter’s ability to support customers with expanded dock and door expertise, additional service team members and broader product access. It also creates new opportunities to bring more complete facility solutions to market, including forklifts, automation, warehouse storage systems and advanced fleet management tools.
