Quaker Houghton to showcase cutting-edge intelligent die casting solutions at GIFA 2023.

Quaker Houghton, the global leader in industrial process fluids, is gearing up to showcase its intelligent solutions for optimising die casting performance at the upcoming GIFA trade show. The event is scheduled to take place in Düsseldorf from June 12 to 16, 2023.

At the trade show, Quaker Houghton will demonstrate its smarter die casting solution, DieCast iQ™, which combines process and lubrication solutions to drive manufacturing change in high-pressure aluminium die casting from start to finish. Visitors to the company’s stand, Booth 60 in Hall 11, will be able to explore the full range of process lubricants, application systems and service solutions that Quaker Houghton offers for the die casting industry.

Quaker Houghton’s complete solution includes die and plunger lubricants and application systems, process fluids, fire resistant hydraulics, high-performance metalworking fluids, and post-casting porosity sealing from its subsidiary business, Ultraseal International, who will also attend the show. The company’s technical experts will be available to guide visitors through its range of products, including the unique Lubrolene electrostatic die lubricant solutions, which will be on display.
