August 27, 2026 ProSys Fill Showcases Filling Solutions at PACK EXPO

ProSys Fill will showcase customizable filling solutions designed to improve production efficiency, precision and product quality.

ProSys Fill, LLC, a leader in the design and manufacturing of automated filling equipment, will showcase industry leading filling solutions at PACK EXPO International, taking place October 18th-21st. Visit ProSys at booth #S-2454 to explore its innovative systems, including the Custom Mix System (CMX), the new LB60 Lip Balm Filler paired with the HL-60 Labeler, the VCF Chub Filler, the RM110 Cartridge Filler, and the new RT110 Tube Filler.

The Custom Mix System (CMX) is an on demand in-line manufacturing process that allows manufacturers to produce a base product in large volume and then process smaller volumes of final products by blending in additives to the base product. Manufacturers can simultaneously inject and mix up to 12 additives at flow rates up to 12 gallons per minute. With its high precision accuracy, space saving design, and support for custom volume production, CMX is fully integrated into any ProSys fill station and control platform for filling cartridges, tubes, syringes, airless pumps, or unique containers.

Also on display will be the new LB60 Lip Balm Filler, a Semi-Automatic hot melt filling line to fill, cool and cap lip balm sticks at a machine cycle rate of up to 60 PPM. The new filler features a new CAT 2 safety enclosure that meets OSHA machine‑guarding standards, providing a safer operating environment without compromising line efficiency. It can run up to five standard containers to 0.5 oz, with improved and faster changeovers thanks to better access and a quick‑change puck system. A redesigned drive clutch protects components in the event of jams, while the new segmented turret delivers smoother indexing for higher fill levels without product spillage, helping maintain consistent output and clean, market‑ready sticks.

ProSys will also feature the HL-60 at its booth. The HL-60 brings together precision, flexibility, and efficiency in a compact machine, reducing floor space while automating key processes such as feeding, labeling, and counting. With the capacity to handle high production speeds and multiple stick sizes, this versatile system is ideal for co-packers and small manufacturers looking for a solution with entry-level pricing, American-made value, and stellar service.

Visitors to booth #S-2454 will also get to see the VCF Chub Filler. The VCF Chub Filler offers fast, precise packaging at up to 40 cycles per minute in a compact design. Gravity-assisted filling ensures cleaner operation and better film handling, while servo technology reduces waste and speeds changeovers. Its ergonomic roll location minimizes downtime, and integrated peripheral equipment boosts automation and line efficiency. The VCF Chub Filler’s front access simplifies maintenance, improves safety, and streamlines film loading for a reliable, efficient packaging solution.

Additionally, the ProSys RM110 will be on display. The RM110 is an automatic cartridge filler that combines vertical bottom-up filling, precise positive-displacement metering, and “snuff-back” cutoff to deliver accurate, air‑free fills for highly viscous products while minimizing waste and mess. With automatic cartridge feeding, plunger insertion with air release, and optional high-speed servo filling, the system boosts throughput to 45–55 cartridges per minute and enhances consistency across 10 or 14 fl.oz. plastic or fiber cartridges.

Applications experts will also be on hand to discuss the RT line of tube filling machines, which offers automated filling and closing of squeeze tubes using hot air tube sealing for plastic and laminate tubes. Highlighted will be the new RT110 model with robot tube loader, a next-generation platform that replaces many of the RT60’s pneumatic and cam-driven motions with servo control for smoother operation, higher speeds, and simpler changeover. Key upgrades include servo-driven dial, load arm, tube seat, orient, fill, hot air lift, unload, and reject functions, plus ethernet-controlled manifolds and regulators with HMI-based recipe storage, built‑in flow indicators for faster setup, and an updated machine look with enhanced guarding, double doors, and stainless enclosure.

As manufacturers offer more customization than ever before, managing product complexity has become a critical challenge. Tune in with Dan Joe Barry, Vice President of Product Marketing at Configit, who explores how companies are tackling the growing number of product configurations across engineering, sales, manufacturing, and service. He explains how Configuration Lifecycle Management (CLM) helps organizations maintain a single source of truth for configuration data. The result: fewer errors, faster quoting, and the ability to deliver customized products at scale.
