Where once a well-maintained desktop site was sufficient, this mobile-centric era now requires businesses to be able to make their site available through mobile devices, whatever method they choose to migrate it.
Many will choose to build mobile-specific versions of their existing desktop site or to create a responsive site which looks the same irrespective of the device on which it is viewed. Some businesses might opt for a task-oriented mobile app which prioritises one function to create a very practical and convenient channel. Then there is the possibility of a hybrid solution which combines the benefits of each of these options.
