VizCon will showcase TrafFix Devices safety apparel, vehicle mitigation, traffic control and work zone solutions at the 2026 NSC Expo.
VizCon, a TrafFix Devices division and provider of safety apparel and traffic-control products, will showcase a range of TrafFix Devices’ safety solutions at the 2026 NSC Safety Congress & Expo, taking place September 14th – 16th at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. Visitors can find VizCon at Booth #1645.
At the show, VizCon will feature TrafFix Device’s new line of High Visibility Safety Apparel, along with products designed to help professionals improve visibility, channelization, work-zone security and pedestrian protection. Featured solutions will include the Block Axess Vehicle Mitigation System, Water-Wall Fence, Enviro-Cone®, Zephyr portable sign stand and Looper-Cones.
The Block Axess Vehicle Mitigation System is designed to help protect pedestrians and critical infrastructure from vehicle-based threats. Constructed of galvanized steel, the system provides a robust security solution while maintaining convenient pedestrian access. Its modular design allows it to be assembled by one person in as little as 14 minutes, providing a practical option for event security, public spaces and other areas requiring temporary vehicle mitigation.
Also on display, the Water-Wall Fence addition to TrafFix Water-Wall longitudinal channelizing devices to create a more secure perimeter around work zones and other controlled areas. Constructed with 11-gauge galvanized steel mesh, the fence provides security and visibility while allowing the Water-Wall system to adapt to changing site layouts. Fence sections can rotate with the Water-Wall system for easier placement around job sites, and available gate options provide controlled worker and vehicle access.
VizCon will also exhibit the Enviro-Cone®, a durable, eco-conscious channelizing device engineered for demanding roadway, utility, incident-response and work-zone applications. The MUTCD-compliant cone features a wide-body design to improve visibility, an LDPE stem for resilience across hot and cold conditions, and a low center of gravity for enhanced stability. Made from 80% recycled material by weight and fully recyclable at the end of its service life, the Enviro-Cone supports both performance and sustainability objectives.
For portable sign placement, the Zephyr sign stand combines a steel plate with a recycled-rubber base to provide a stable, easy-to-handle solution. Two molded-in carrying handles simplify transport and positioning, while the stand’s three-step setup process enables crews to quickly raise the mast and secure a sign without further adjustments.
The Looper-Cone will also be featured as a high-visibility option for channelizing traffic, marking work areas and supporting pedestrian or crowd-control applications. The 42-inch cone is manufactured from flexible fluorescent low-density polyethylene with UV inhibitors to help minimize fading. Its reinforced handle design supports efficient placement, stacking, storage and transport, while recessed areas help protect reflective bands from rips and scratches.
