Exton, PA – PAC Strapping Products, a leader in the strapping and packaging industry, highlights the PSM1412-S-ST Stainless Steel Strapping Machine, a rugged and reliable solution engineered to perform in harsh environments. Built with a 302 stainless steel body and stainless steel head parts, the PSM1412-S-ST incorporates rust-resistant features to withstand moisture and corrosion while maintaining long-term performance.

The PSM1412-S-ST is designed with a side-mounted strapping head, allowing moisture to drain through the table instead of the head for greater durability. An adjustable strapping table maximizes overhead space, enabling operators to strap a wide range of packages while recovering valuable floor space. The carrier design, made of three pipes in a triangular configuration, enhances stability and strength, while the machine’s compact footprint, under 3.5’ x 2.2’ in total floor space, provides high-density storage without sacrificing valuable workspace.

This unit utilizes the proven strapping head perfected in PAC Strapping’s best-selling PSM1412-IC3A, ensuring dependable operation and value. As an operator-friendly machine, it features a straightforward control panel and durable stainless steel construction, delivering reliable performance in demanding environments. With an IP Standard 20 rating, the PSM1412-S-ST offers additional protection against dust and moisture.

Engineered for flexibility, the machine supports package sizes as small as 3.25”W x 1.25”H, tire sizes up to 44” in standard models, and package weights up to 130 lbs. It applies strap tensions ranging from 10 to 100 lbs. at a cycle speed of 2.5 seconds per cycle. Measuring 26.5”W x 41”D x 64”H with a table height adjustable between 15” and 27”, the PSM1412-S-ST adapts to various production settings. It is compatible with 3/8” to 1/2” strapping, available with an 8×8 or 9×8 core, and operates on standard 110V, single phase 50/60 Hz power.

The PSM1412-S-ST provides a durable, semi-automatic alternative for facilities requiring stainless steel construction, reliable performance, and efficient use of space in harsh environments. Its rugged design makes it especially well-suited for marine applications, meat and poultry processing industries, sawmill plants, and brick & tile industries, where moisture, dust, and demanding conditions are everyday challenges.
