Construction Specialties released inaugural Pursuit of Better Impact Report on current sustainability and transparency efforts.

(LEBANON, NJ) — Construction Specialties (CS), a leading manufacturer of architectural building products, has released its inaugural Pursuit of Better — Impact Report 2025. The report is one component of CS’s ongoing sustainability and transparency efforts, which include benchmarks and initiatives that span the global company.
Construction Specialties opened its doors in 1948 with the ethos, “Don’t Create Waste.” More than 75 years later, CS still pursues a superior standard of social and environmental responsibility across its company, products, and the community. Intended to publish biennially, the Pursuit of Better — Impact Report highlights key milestones, supports conversations with customers and specifiers, communicates CS’s “Our Pursuit of Better” strategy, and demonstrates how products align with evolving sustainability goals.
“Pursuit of Better reflects our commitment to improving the performance and durability of buildings around the world,” says Nick Longman, CEO of Construction Specialties. “It represents a deliberate step toward aligning our products and operations with leading industry frameworks. These principles reinforce our long-standing belief that creating better buildings begins with designing better products — products that safeguard people, preserve resources, and endure over time.”
