DIRTT opens Dallas co-headquarters in Plano’s booming legacy west business district.
DALLAS – DIRTT Environmental Solutions (NASDAQ: DRTT, TSX: DRT), a global leader in industrialized construction that empowers organizations together with construction and design leaders to build high-performing, adaptable interior environments, has selected Dallas as its co-headquarters. The company, which started in Calgary, AB Canada in 2003 and has grown to more than 900 employees, will share executive leadership, sales operations and other corporate functions between the Calgary and Dallas locations.
“As the Dallas-Fort Worth region continues to experience a surge in high-profile corporate relocations and unprecedented overall economic growth, we see this as a strategic opportunity to join the vibrant North Texas business community,” said Jennifer Warawa, DIRTT’s Dallas-based Chief Commercial Officer.
DIRTT’s Dallas co-headquarters, located in Plano’s booming Legacy West business and cultural district, will also serve as a hands-on, “living lab” design center where architects, designers, contractors, and business community members can experience the company’s products, technology and services. DIRTT works with construction and design leaders to build high-performing and adaptable workplace, educational and healthcare spaces.
“As employees come back to the office, corporations and business owners are realizing that the type of office they had two years ago isn’t what will work post-pandemic, particularly with changing expectations about hybrid work arrangements. That’s where DIRTT steps in to provide flexibility – and most importantly, adaptability – to rapidly design, build and update their environments,” added Warawa.
